M.i.xed Med.i.a

This project seeks to utilize a dancing facade to disrupt the nature of the mundane modernity within the urban fabric. While the external façade allows the building to dance the internal program seeks to become hybrids of numerous programmatic spaces unconventionally housed in a single high-rise building. By cultivating indefinite spaces, architects can create a versatile collection of spaces to encourage a hyper mixed-use experience for occupants. Poetry allows for words to come to life and dance from its confinement of a page and architecture should learn to move as well. Architecture must transcend past the predefined programs and learn to remain in a constant state of flux enabling the growth of vertical cities in new and old high-rise buildings. The intersection between poetry, dance, and architecture will redefine our understanding of contemporary buildings within the urban fabric.Utilizing ambiguity in a design language is less concerned about true meaning, and rather the experience. Allowing us to experience first and interpret last.
